Once you sign up for XPN with your Twitch account the bot will automatically join your channel.
So, what’s next?
- We highly recommend that you moderate the Xsolla chatbot once it joins your channel. Moderation allows for the bot to trigger default and custom commands without restriction and much more. To moderate the Xsolla chatbot, you can moderate directly from the XPN interface or you can refer to this article on Twitch.
- Start going over the commands and toggling on and off what you need for your channel.
- Set up Loyalty Points! People can earn points by watching you, chatting, donating, following, participating in raffles and much more. They can claim those loyalty points for certain commands, made up rewards that you implement, and whatever you feel like. More information on our loyalty system can be found here.

Head to your dashboard and turn off the chatbot under Chatbot.
